With Enterprise Calendar, you can keep every employees’ calendar connected in one go. You will also be able to control whose calendar is connected and what information is shared.

Step 1 - Prepare the authorization with your Calendar provider
For Office 365 and Exchange
Microsoft Graph API (preferred solution)
Make sure you have Azure Active Directory Global Administrator access to your Office 365 tenant.
Continue to step 2 in this guide and authorize access in Aboard via Graph API.
Follow instructions: Configure Office 365 (Graph API).
(EWS) Service account (only available for On-prem solution)
Create a service account within your Microsoft Admin environment and set Restricted Access.

Please note that 'Free-busy only access' is not available for Enterprise Calendar via EWS or Graph API.
Google Workspace
Install the Cronofy application in Google Workspace

Step 2 - Authorize access in Aboard
Log in to Aboard with Admin access
Go to Company Settings → Integrations → Calendar
Connect with a service account for Google Workspace, Microsoft on-prem or Microsoft 365.
Step 3 – Enable Calendar Sync for Employees
Follow these steps to make sure your 1-on-1 meetings are automatically added to calendars:
Log in to Aboard as a Manager or Admin.
Go to Meetings settings
Click your profile picture/company logo (top-right) → Account Settings → scroll down to Meetings.
Turn on Auto‑Sync
Switch Auto-sync 1-on-1 meetings to calendar to Yes.
Choose the calendar where you’d like all 1-on-1s to appear
Select the calendar where you’d like all 1‑on‑1s to appear.
(Optional) Enable Video service if you want a video link included in each event.
Schedule your 1‑on‑1
Setting a date in Aboard will create the event in your calendar immediately.
Important: Events created before sync was enabled won’t be added automatically—reschedule them if needed.
